We do not allow pets and smoking

For normal vacation rentals we also do not allow parties and we allow up to 14 people in the 7BR villa. For events we can host up to 21 peopl in the 7BR villa

For parents we propose a month or more enjoying parental leave both in season and off season. We have just done this for our own newborn

For party events like weddings and babtisms:

We on special occassions allow and help organize parties. We can host up to 150 eating guests in the garden and host up to 23 sleeping guests in the whole villa including the pool house. Requirement to rent the whole villa for minimum 3 nights

If you only need a place to stay and the party is elsewhere - ask

For company and sports retreats

We can host your group in the 7BR villa. The living rooms can function as meeting rooms during day. Each living room has 50 inch TVs with cableless connection. We can help with organizing activities

Shared facilities include the gardens, outdoor fitness equipment and BBQ area. The house is 900m from the sea, with 5 nice restaurants in walking distance. There are 3 beaches in Thimari. 2 beach bars.

The villa is designed by Design Harmony Architects inside and out and has 7 beautiful bedroms all with double beds, 4 Living rooms (each with kitchen, double sleeping couch and 50" TV). This is in addition to a small annex with an on site care taker that is only rented out for special events.

We have solar heaters for water, separate waste and compost plantbased organics
